This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This Privacy Policy applies to Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, a d/b/a of Cornerstone Development Company LLC (“Cornerstone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and covers cornerstonemv.com, the Mahoning Valley Market Pulse newsletter, and related communications (the “Service”).
Information you give us. When you subscribe, contact us, or work with us, we may collect your name, email address, company or organization, and billing address.
Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe through Link, Stripe’s Managed Payments service, which acts as merchant of record for subscription purchases. Your card details go directly to them; we never see or store your full card number. We may receive limited information from Stripe, such as your name, email, billing address, plan, payment status, and the last four digits of your card.
Email engagement data. We send our emails through HubSpot, which records information such as whether an email was delivered or opened and which links were clicked. This helps us improve Market Pulse and understand which topics are most useful.
Website analytics. Our only website analytics tool is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which gives us basic, aggregate information about site usage, such as page views, referring sites, and general device and browser types. Apart from Cloudflare Web Analytics and the HubSpot email tracking described above, we do not use other analytics or advertising trackers.
Cookies. We may use essential cookies that are needed for the site and checkout to function securely. Our payment and hosting providers may also set their own essential cookies when you use their services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, and only as needed for them to perform those services:
These providers process information under their own privacy policies and security practices. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale, merger, or reorganization of our business.
We keep subscriber records while your subscription is active, and afterward for as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, and we rely on established providers for payments, email, and hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers by email.
