These Terms govern your use of cornerstonemv.com and your subscription to Mahoning Valley Market Pulse.
Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors (“Cornerstone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a d/b/a of Cornerstone Development Company LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. Our mailing address is 143 Boardman-Canfield Rd. Ste 320, Boardman, OH 44512, and you can reach us at contact@cornerstonemv.com.
By using our website, subscribing to Mahoning Valley Market Pulse (“Market Pulse”), or receiving any of our newsletters or reports (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you subscribe on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Market Pulse is a paid subscription delivered by email, generally each Monday morning, in HTML and PDF formats. We offer the plans shown on our subscription page, currently billed either every 4 weeks or annually.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every 4 weeks or every year, depending on your plan) and your payment method will be charged the then-current price for your plan, plus any applicable tax, until you cancel. Delivery schedules may occasionally vary, for example around holidays, and an occasional skipped or delayed issue does not entitle you to a refund.
Subscription purchases are processed by Stripe through Link, Stripe’s Managed Payments service. For these purchases, Link acts as the reseller and merchant of record (receipts may describe the purchase as “Sold through Link”), and it calculates and collects applicable sales tax at checkout. Your card statement will show LINK.COM* CORNERSTONE ADVISORS. Your checkout, payment, and Link account are also subject to Stripe’s and Link’s own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive or store your full card number.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and to keep it up to date. If a payment fails, we or our payment provider may retry the charge, and we may suspend delivery until payment is resolved.
You may cancel at any time using the link in your receipt email or by signing in at link.com. You can also email contact@cornerstonemv.com for help. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to receive Market Pulse until then.
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law or at our discretion.
We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will give you at least 30 days’ advance notice of any price change by email, and the new price will apply starting with your first renewal after the notice period. If you do not wish to pay the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.
Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Market Pulse for your own internal purposes. Each subscription is a personal or single-organization license. These rules apply to every reader, whether you have a paid subscription or receive Market Pulse on a complimentary basis (for example, as a Youngstown Warren Regional Chamber member benefit).
Occasional sharing is fine. You may occasionally forward an individual issue to a few colleagues within your own organization.
Systematic or ongoing redistribution is not allowed. This includes adding others to a distribution list or auto-forward, posting issues to a shared drive, intranet, website, or social media, reselling, sublicensing, or publishing issues, and using them to create a competing product. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution to “Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors, Mahoning Valley Market Pulse.”
Organizations that want access for a team should contact contact@cornerstonemv.com about an organization plan.
